Rake Power Rake ?

I have a small 20 acre farm that has a few heavily rock places , I would like to remove the rocks from these areas. they range in size from about 1" up to 10-12" for the largest stones most being about 3-4" ... Would a Power Rake be a good attachment to get thse lined up for removeal ? I have a JD 990 with FEL rated at 40hp . If this attachment is not a good option what would be the best way to get the rocks cleared out of the fields ?
