Power sift linkage problems on Yanmar 336

I have a Yanmar 336 with the 3 speed power shift on the dash rather than the floor. The dash is worn and the shift patten slots move and makes it difficult to determine which range you are in because of the movement and also hard to determin nuetral and revese positions because the guide moves.

I've been told this part and dash are unavailabe, but the floor shift guides are. I know this doesn't make sense, unless you have one that has the ranges on the dash. I need to find a dash or some tell me haow to fix this, since it can be dangerous, due to the fact you are not always if you are in neutral or reverse or low range forward. Any ideas whre i mignt find a dash?
