I finally got the time to wire the 50Amp Outlet, I went to Lowe's and I got some Lincoln 7018. I need a lot of practice and scrap metal the Hot Start is very nice I didn't stick the rod at all
, I only got a few pieces of pipe laying around so I did not burn more than 2 rods.
I'll see if I can buy some metal on Monday.

How were the restarts with the 7018? Did you have to knock off the flux kernel on the tip of the rod when restarting or did the Hot Start burn right through it?
Yea the Hot start burn right through. it felt really smooth restart.
