A few months ago I saw a shovel that has like a weedeater motor on it and what it does is help dig into the dirt(like a jackhammer). I saw a tv show that had it for less work in taking out trees or preparing the hole.
now I can't remember the name of the shovel or the TV show.

I have tried google with 100 possible combinations and I can't find it.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I will wash your tractor when I'm in your part of town....

thanks
Mike

I have a Bosch electric jackhammer small 60# with a shovel foot attachment. It does help considerably to loosen hard soil where the backhoe can't fit.

The one I'm looking for has a 2-stroke engine on it.
No electricity on the farm... Yet

I did not pay attention to the price.

Just looked at AM Leonard site. They have been in the tool business since 1885. Nothing in their current inventory. Thougt I had seen one there.

I have one of the Dyna Diggers, and it works as advertised.

Of course I did not pay the retail price , only about 1/3 of that.

I have three different shovels with it plus a ground packer.

I also built a sod cutter to bury wire and sprinkler line.

It does have some weight to it, and will give you a good workout.

You could consider a bucket spade for your tractor's bucket, assuming you have a FEL.

I get tired of maintaining internal combustion engines.

Tractor Forks, Bucket Forks, Loader Forks

$370 is a lot less than $1,500.

Note: Bucket Spade is effective with my Kubota B3300SU 33-hp/1,900 pounds/4WD. I would not recommend it for a tractor much lighter. Probably 3,000 pound tractor is ideal.

Man no way would I spend $2500 (1950 Euros) for a powered shovel even if operator was included for the first 100 hours especially with 2 tractors both with FEL. If no way to get equipment into the area, I would hire some day labor to dig with shovels and pick axes OR likely just take the tractor and remove any obstacle in my way so I could get in to dig out what ever needed digging. As suggested a mini excavator can get into some really small places also.
