A few months ago I saw a shovel that has like a weedeater motor on it and what it does is help dig into the dirt(like a jackhammer). I saw a tv show that had it for less work in taking out trees or preparing the hole.
now I can't remember the name of the shovel or the TV show.

I have tried google with 100 possible combinations and I can't find it.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I will wash your tractor when I'm in your part of town....:thumbsup:

I have a Bosch electric jackhammer small 60# with a shovel foot attachment. It does help considerably to loosen hard soil where the backhoe can't fit.

The one I'm looking for has a 2-stroke engine on it.
No electricity on the farm... Yet

Just looked at AM Leonard site. They have been in the tool business since 1885. Nothing in their current inventory. Thougt I had seen one there.

I have one of the Dyna Diggers, and it works as advertised.

Of course I did not pay the retail price , only about 1/3 of that.

I have three different shovels with it plus a ground packer.

I also built a sod cutter to bury wire and sprinkler line.

It does have some weight to it, and will give you a good workout.

You could consider a bucket spade for your tractor's bucket, assuming you have a FEL.

I get tired of maintaining internal combustion engines.

$370 is a lot less than $1,500.

Note: Bucket Spade is effective with my Kubota B3300SU 33-hp/1,900 pounds/4WD. I would not recommend it for a tractor much lighter. Probably 3,000 pound tractor is ideal.

Man no way would I spend $2500 (1950 Euros) for a powered shovel even if operator was included for the first 100 hours especially with 2 tractors both with FEL. If no way to get equipment into the area, I would hire some day labor to dig with shovels and pick axes OR likely just take the tractor and remove any obstacle in my way so I could get in to dig out what ever needed digging. As suggested a mini excavator can get into some really small places also.
