I prefer cash myself unless it's zero percent financing. Wife biught a Kubota side by side a few months ago, zero percent. I don't believe in paying finance charges on anything. Just bought her a new Suburban LTZ. Sticker was 82, got it for 73 cash. Got the diesel in it too.

Should have given them 82, now you're gonna wait over an hour for your oil changes.

Not really, I change my own lubricants, always have and do minor repairs like brakes, shocks and related components as well. Have a high end Autel code reader scanner that tells me which components need replacing in the electronic circuits too. Do my own tires too. Have a Coats 10-10 and a spin balancer.

Only time a dealer gets involved is on a recall.

I'm curious if you guys are also getting 0% from Kubota or are you financing elsewhere? Also if so did your dealership have to go thru a Kubota rep to get that done? Trying to put together a L6060 with my local dealer. They had no 5460's in stock so he has to talk to his Kubota rep to see if he would cover part of the price difference between the two.

Mine was 20% off the tractor and all Kubota attachments (4-in-1 bucket, pallet forks, ballast box, FEL). I did get the 0% for 60 through Kubota as well, but I didn稚 get a discount on any of my Land Pride attachments.

Are there tax breaks on tractors in your area? Here, if over 60hp PTO you save the sales tax. Something to consider Perhaps

I’m no tax attorney, so won’t comment further beyond my own situation. Mine will be sales tax exempt because it’s for 100% Farm use.

Depreciable too, maybe. Up to 50 percent in the first year on Federal.

Don稚 do that, save as much money as you can and piss on the rest. Service is as dead as Abraham Lincoln. Besides, haven稚 found a dealer who turns away business yet ;)...and sounds like 5030 is keepin em in business!

His two Kubota tractors are at least 15 years old. Might be keeping them in business in service parts.

If a payment is being made, finance charges are being applied. No lender does it free. :)
