Neil,

Welcome to the club! I am often too blunt and piss people off too. Personally I welcome your posts.

Some of your comments like "Kubota is a better company to deal with" frankly have no use for me, I own Kubota and New Holland and I don't deal with the company, I deal with my dealer. The problems my dealer may have with a company may not reflect the problems you have, or it may not reflect in any way on how my dealer treats me or resolves my problems. However, Spencer200 and a few others are also dealers and I welcome their posts. I think it is good that you qualify some of your posts so we know where you are coming from.

Generally I prefer New Holland to Kubota, but that is just my PERSONAL favorite based on how my rear end fits in the seats of the two tractors I own, and how those 2 tractors move me around my property and complete the tasks I need them to complete.

Neil, As a newbie, I can tell you that Dealer input on TBN is very important to me. You don't hide that you are a dealer and so it should be up to the reader to decide what to do with what you say. This forum is about OPINIONS yours is just as important as all the others and if you have biases well then you are just like EVERYONE else here.

And Bob, Possibly a dealers working relationship with his suppliers may not affect me or you as end users but I can't help believing the old truth that "@#$% runs downhill". /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif A good dealer will hopefully try to act as a dam but when too much is too much I don't want to be in the way.

In reguards to what I said before, I think you get more tractor for you dollar in a BX than you do from the TZ/DX. The TZ/DX is a great tractor and for some people its a better choice than the Kubota. Doller for doller its hard to beat the BX. They are very compriable tractors, but Kubota is cheaper and is a much better better company to do business with. )

Neil, What are you saying, before you compared the DX/TC and now your saying you compared the TZ/DX?? If you would have said the TZ in the first place I probably would have never said anything. And the Kubota may have be cheaper in price in your area, but it sure wasn't here.

Murph . . . You bring up an excellent point. In my area, a Kubota seems to have $1000+ premium over New Holland.

There have been lots of discussions around TBN that indicate that pricing is very regional. When I bought by Kuboat B2910 it was the lowest priced of the Big 3 tractors. When I bought my NH TC24D, the Kubota started out $1200 too high and never came down, but the NH dealer came down MORE to beat another NH dealer!

Neil's point on value for the dollar in his area may be true. It is not true where I am and perhaps not where you are.

Have you looked at the Mahindra 2015?, very comparible to the b7500, higher lift capacities with the loader: 915lbs to full height at the pins. Priced a bit cheaper too, worth taking a look if you have a dealer near you.

Perhaps it has something to do with the false statements you have made about them in the past.
