To each their own but 110 miles is a long way to haul for warranty work or service.  Figure the going rate for loaded mile and you'd have to have a pretty big problem for it not to be cheaper to have it fixed locally.
I know that TYM is a great tractor and warranty issues should be few and far but if issues should arise, and they usually do on the tractor farthest from the dealer, a good deal and a happy deal will change quickly to bad feelings!
