Price Check Pricing of 3130 3430

I was wondering if anybody has used a 3130 and 3430 side by side? Can you feel the difference? Also couldn't you do something to boost the 3130's engine 3hp and 5ft lbs of torque. Seems like modest gains like that would be easy enough to achieve. Just wondering.

I think you are getting a whole lot more than just "3hp" for your $1000.

The 3430 is a physically larger machine, heavier, has lots of do dads and other stuff.

I looked at the 3130 and 3430 side by side at the dealer and could not see a difference. I checked Kubota's specs. and they are identical except for the HP.
