prince lvr loader valve

I have this valve on my mahindra 6500 with bushhog ml264 loader. I am adding grapple to my bucket and was wondering are the 2 plugs on the side of it used for tapping into the hydraulic system as service ports, meaning can i add another spindle valve and use these 2 ports on for pressure one for return? What valve are you talking about? Pictures, valve ID, etc.

Prince lvr. Its the joystick model. the 4 outlets are on the bottom and the inlet/return are on the side. It has 2 big plugs on the side and 3 mounting holes for a bracket of some sort Hydraulic Loader Valves bottom of page. thanks

That is not the best valve for a grapple.

Here is everything you need for the valve ports, etc.

You will have to decide which ports you want to use for the grapple, as the one set of ports have regen, and the grapple action might be rather quick, but with less force. The other set of ports have float, and that might cause problems. It does have PB port for adding valves downstream. You should plug the ports not used. If you should accidentally select the plugged ports, the PRV relief will get a little loud.

All open center valves should be in series. The last valve does not have to have PB. The pressure out of each valve is via the PB outlet. The connection should be from pump to the IN port of the first valve, and start connecting all the other valves is series, with PB to IN of the next valve. The OUT ports of all the valves should go to tank. You can tee the OUT hoses as long as you don't cause to much back pressure. Each valve might have it's own relief setting, so check them all out. They should all be equal.
