Printer Recomendations

I have two Kodak color ink jet printers. They have problems. Sorry I bought them. Before I bought the second one person at Best Buy told me they had problems, but I had bought a lot of ink that could not be taken back. HE WAS right, second printer was worse than the first one.

About 12 years back bought a color laser, did a great job just slow and costly. Our Church bought one last year and it has speed and the price was much lower, Koyecia (spelling is off there).

I have two different model of mono tone Brothers in my office and they do a lot of printing, for their price have been great. But when I replace with be with Koyecia. How do you say my friend sells them.

Oh, HP ink jet was costing me so much in ink buying the Brother laser saved me money.

whatever you decide- if you go with inkjet, make sure you go with 4 ink cartridges. Getting a printer with only two one for black and other color is very expensive way to print unless you dont print often. I agree laser is better quality but inkjet still wins enconomy wise.

I know you said you want colour, but im done with colour. Costs too much

My next one will be a Brother Multifunction laser like dads. its been great, and NO SMUDGING

If you need colour, look for a colour laser.

I used to refill my old inkjets, but it was a messy PITA. Plus the newer cartridges have chips in them to prevent refilling that requires a resetter that would never line up properly.

Also i think that theres been rulings in the states preventing companies from manufacturing either the chip resseters or generic cartridges.

I think i read somewheres that ink jet ink is more expensive than the most expensive Cognac... Id rather the Cognac.
