Problem with finish mower

Cleaned the belt real good and stuck it back on the mower. Mowed the yard with it. Did good except for a few especially thick spots. I think it is fixed and doing ok now.

The belt is porous so it will impregnate it self into the belt. Try eBay for belts there like half price of dealers . Get ur belt number and search that was. For example big bee 27000 if that is the part number.

I was using a Gates B108, 5/8 x 111 inch belt.
This one is a True Blue HD same size.
Seems to be working. I mowed some thick grass yesterday.
Gonna have to start mowing more often so it doesn't get so thick.
