problem with NH loader joystick

I have a problem with my TN65 NH loader. The joystick control mechanism to tip and roll back the bucket seems to be disconnected. The ball joint appears to be operating OK and the rod that it works moves with the stick but it does work the hydraulic valve. I don’t have a service or parts manual so I don’t want to start taking it apart. In addition, with only 25 hours on the new tractor it should be covered by warranty. The dealer said to bring it into the shop but I don’t have a trailer large enough to haul it and they can’t pick it up as their truck is out of order for a week or so.

It seems like it must be something simple that needs to be reattached. Has anyone experienced a problem with the NH joystick loader control?

What kind of dealer has his truck down for a week? Ask him to send his mechanic out it should be warrantied.
