Problems starting branson 4220

I replaced the air filters and fuel filter because the tractor had low power and would surge occasionally. it ran at low rpm then died. it wont start up now. she will crank but not fire

Do you know about clearing the air from the injector lines by loosening the nut at each and cranking until fuel flows? Instructions are in the manual.
