It was not that lengthy or complex.

Sarcasm often works poorly in print. A lesson I learned with difficulty.

Nobody came up with calling the Animal Control which is what I plan to do. We will see if they can talk to the dog owners and make them understand this is not cool to have an aggressive dog go after people and other dogs

People with agressive dogs are often just human garbage. Usually people that can't be reasoned with. Sad, because it's not the dogs fault. Then, you do sometimes have dogs, that should (sadly) just be done away with.

It's unfortunate that we can't do that with people... especially those who cause the problem dogs.

I was finally able to catch up with my neighbor to talk about his contractor mowing and spraying my property. Told him what his lawn contractor had done and he was quite surprised. Next I told him about the State of Maryland had planted the tree stands and that maintenance was under their supervision for the next 15 years including the grass. Then I went into how this could be very involved if the State wanted to pursue it. The tone of the conversation changed on the spot to apologize and it would not happen again. So we will see

Resolved it without violence or lawyer? Darn! :laughing:

Glad it went that way. Hopefully that's that. :thumbsup:
