Kman, can I ask what they are charging for the not from the factory cab install?

I've owned my DK 35 for 17 years. No problems.
Its been great.

Dk35vince I had a small pile of brush. I went to grapple and then I seen hydro oil blowing out. Got out to look and seen the shaft broke and fell out of the cylinder. Then I got back into machine and went to try and move the loader down and the other shaft broke and fell out and the grappler came crashing down. It was a$1000 bill to replace both with no help from dealer or kioti. Sad is the dealer and kioti both admitted they have never seen that. I had the pictures on my old cell. If I can find them I will post them

Sure they told me 8000.00 installed + taxes this includes coming to my house and picking/ delivering the tractor. They will be deducting in their offer to purchase my soft cab, ROP, wiper motor etc. So I figure that should knock off at least 1500 or less. I will know by Wednesday when the dealer comes over to my house and look at the soft cab etc then give me an offer to buy them.

Sounds like you did the damage yourself maybe a branch etc got caught. I can see the dealer or Kioti not coming good as it is not like a normal wear and tear or warranty issue. Sorry to hear about that though. Kioitis are great tractors if used properly. Just saying.

I'm just baffled how just picking up a brush pile could break off both cylinders. (not saying it didn't happen that way)
With the loader raised and using a bucket or grapple rolled down while pushing/bulldozing definitely can.

That's why I was upset. If I can find it I will post a picture. You will see what I mean it was a little pile. I think the second one snapped because all the weight went to the one side. What was crazy was they both snapped at the same place on the shaft. It wasn't like one was higher or lower on the shaft, they were both snapped in the exact same place.

That is strange for sure. Is it possible that it was damaged before the lift of the pile of brush?

HK45 if you can find those photos I'd like to see them. I worked as a heavy equipment fabricator and machinist for over 30 years. If the photos are good enough I might be able to tell if it was metal fatigue. Where I used to work also had a huge cylinder rebuild dept. and I've rebuilt and repaired quite a few myself.
