Then it wasn't my memory failing, lol.

One of my posts got axed because i referenced the post. I expected it to go.
Hopefully the person who posted got a message from a mod. Maybe tbn needs a time out feature... Lol

That happens to me - which is why I posted this thread. I often write at night while tired and then think maybe I didn't post :)

I usually post a pruned note if more than a couple are affected. Didn't this time. Sorry about that.
That's ok.

My wife's parents are late 70's and 90. I was over there cleaning up some flower beds for them and asked if they had a little hand pruner for cutting a maybe 1/4" mulberry tree sapling. Mom brings out something like this! (somewhere Tim Allen is grunting in approval).

My Grandad left me a pair like that except the original wooden handles broke off in the '60's and he replaced them with black Iron pipe. Still work, sharpen about once a decade.

I've got one of those (FISKAR, I believe). An extremely handy tool to have around the property!

I had a long thread that was out of control on my shirt this morning. I pruned it by using a swift tug, breaking it clean. I added a post-it note to my shirt just above the offensive area... "Thread pruned to clean up sloppy appearance".

I bought a can of brush on pruning sealer just yesterday...stuff looks and smells like runny roof cement.
The stuff works great though, if you want to seal a wound in a tree.
I read and almost replied to the comment which resulted in this thread, but am trying to learn restraint.
