Just about none of the newer PTO clutches on the CC's are rebuildable and are replaced as a single unit. The price, however, you will not at all like ($300-400). Before replacing I would remove it from the tractor and try everything in my power to clean it up with large doses of compressed air, maybe even get stupid and use WD40 and compressed air, and of course make sure all the electrical connectons and switch are OK. Short of that if it's worn or damaged inside, (removing it will probably give you a better idea) you might be looking at having to replace it. I think the prices on those PTO clutches are a complete RIP-OFF /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif, and on some of these newer machines they are not lasting any more than a few seasons. I am still using the original 26 year old Werner PTO clutch on my 682 that was adapted to the Honda engine, which is semi-serviceable and adjustable, and still works perfect despite the plastic coil covering having cracks in it. With some of this new stuff any breakdown often means having to eat ketchup soup and popcorn for supper for a few weeks /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
