Looks good, is it a bit tight getting to hookup the pto?
If long enough at times I'll hook up the pto's then back the rest of the way in some implements.
Looking good.
On mine, I also added 3 of those Volt/Amp/Hz meters. One per phase. Works awesome and only cost like $4 each.

For the price of those things, it's pretty much a no brainer having a meter per leg.I like that! Wondering if I should monitor the amps per leg?
Another concern is grounding. No problem with houses or barn since tied to the building ground system. But if used remotely need a ground. Like a slide hammer grounding rod like the military uses?
If the wiring compartment is readily accessible, I would bond the neutral and the ground at the generator for remote use.I like that! Wondering if I should monitor the amps per leg?

Worked on making a weatherproof cover. Pto slot cut. Need a few ventilation and cord holes. Holding down with bungees for now. Need some blocking at the base to keep from shifting. Think the concept will work and keep the generator dry in inclement weather. Strong enough to push on the top for positioning.

Do you get heat buildup inside the enclosure?
I used a plastic deck box in a similar manner to cover my 12KW PTO generator. I had to prop the lid open a bit to vent the heat buildup produced under heavy load.
