That's the problem with the 4" stroke cylinders. Simply not enough room to get a DPOCV installed in line. You could get a bunch of fittings and get it mounted off to the side. Your tractor really should have a 5" stroke cylinder for everything to be just right.
I think that if you go with the top link that you have and modify , at best it will be level when fully retracted and a very steep angle when fully extended. There are suppliers that build to be level when fully retracted, but that limits the capabilities of the machine unless you go with 2 hyd side links.
