I might as well keep my blog going. So I did some more tests, I found out that the outlet of the PTO block was giving the appropriate 220 psi when not hooked up to the tractor. Therefore it has to be something inside the tractor. This is pretty much what we thought previously but now we know 100%. We're going to split the tractor and replace the PTO clutch and all seals. I'll post some pictures of it when I have it open. Anybody else have any suggestions on what I should also look for when I have it open? Thanks
