Not sure about your tractor, but last week I changed the seal on a Ford 1710. Took PTO cover off, took seal out of cover and replaced. Put on new gasket and put cover back on. Warning. Don't pull on shaft. It might fall out if you don't need it out. Don't over tighten bolts on cover.
