PTO sprayer or 12v

I really like that sprayer....I have never seen that one or the other side by side sprayer someone posted earlier....I paid a lot of money for mine and thought I had looked at all the higher quality side by side sprayer, but obviously not. What type of pump motor do you have on this sprayer? Gas? Electric? How big is the boom? How many gallons is the tank?

This is the one I linked earlier. 20 boom, 30 boomless nozzles. Works great and the gps makes it easy to mark where I have sprayed to reduce overlap

Cool. I like those sprayers. Mine is a F/S UTV Sprayer...I would suggest the OP to look at any of the sprayers posted. They are great and hold a large amount of spray. I have a 20 foot boom and wand with 100 feet of hose that allows me to spray like Tru-Greens when I want to put it on. The little Honda GX engine is a work horse. Kind of a pain loading and unloading. They make some legs for it I need to get. GPS is nice! What crops and chemicals are you spraying where you need that kind of accuracy?

Pretty slick. Why do you have the boom so high? Spraying tall weeds? Does yours not have pallet fork sleeves? If not could you weld some on the bottom to make it easier to load?

I’m not spraying anything that’s so sensitive that I don’t want overspray. I want to ensure I don’t miss any places and want to reduce over application and wasting material. When running my batwing, I put it on the Deere and it has helped me reduce overlap and increase productivity

That is actually lower than it appears....and I get some squat when she's loaded. I used to spray some very expensive chemicals, but now that I have switched to roundup ready alfalfa nothing I spray is terrible expensive....except thomstone insecticide. I had a foam marker setup, but it was a pain and just another thing I had to deal with. Spraying is my least favorite chore of anything I do. I just don't like it...but the results are so "killler" I keep doing it.

I spray corn, soybeans, and roundup ready alfalfa...sometimes my lawn but will mostly use that turf gun for that and now I have my BX tractor and the BX sprayer device Ryan makes from BxPanded I will use the lil bota and fimco. I also do termite applications with it, but again that involves a wand and pulling hose. Most of my perimeter pesticides with the exception of termite application are performed with a stilhl backpack sprayer or the handy B&G hand can.

We have a 20 gallon hand-held electric sprayer. We haul it in a small trailer behind an ATV or the equivalent with a deep-cycle 12v battery in the trailer with the sprayer tank. It works well but it takes a long time to cover any significant area. Last year we bought a 55 gallon PTO sprayer from Everything Attachments. 12' boom. We operate this sprayer with the PTO speed not much above idle. It works very well and we now use it for every application possible. We had some initial issues with broken nozzles, etc., but the EA folks took care of all problems in an expedited manner.

60 Gallons, 18 foot boom and 12 volt Remco pump.

Oh, heck any suitable container that U can haul, open or closed, and a 12 volt Surflo pump such as used in RV's and you have a DIY sprayer!
I once used the wand from a discarded pump sprayer as my hand held tool.
You could get creative and use some copper piping with a 'T' between two capped equal lengths of pipe that had tiny holes drilled every 2" or so for a drive by spraying job.
You'd then adjust the driving speed to control the application flow.
Sureflow has different flow rate pumps as well as a variety of voltages.

After usage you would want to rinse out the pump thoroughly otherwise corrosion will set in.
