PTO will barely turn

My PTO is niw barely turning. Try to use it at all on the logging winch and it won’t turn it.

Is the PTO lever engaged on either of the two speeds or is it in Neutral?

Does your tractor have hydraulic clutch for PTO? If yes is the oil warmed enough to engage the clutch? I know our White took several seconds ( seemed like minutes) before clutch would engage when below zero. Fords were not as bad.

It’s a 2020 Branson 4520r
I’ve tried independent in neutral and auto while driving.
It was warm enough regardless because I just used it to take up slack on the winch cable(no load).

Rechecked it. While engaged by the control, the shaft turns by my own hand. It rotated slowly due to vibration???.

Is engagement via manual lever or electric via a switch? If manual verify a pin or set screw did not come loose or break so the PTO is actually not being engaged. I know a roll pin broke on the White and it took some looking to find it.

If electric verify getting power to solenoid.

Never mind
I’m so used to just hitting the switch to my right, I forgot about the lever by my feet that shifts from 540e to neutral to 540. I kicked it into neutral.
