I have a 2006 chevy Silverado 1500 with the 5.3L engine. Do you guys see any issues with using it to trailer a 3535 that weighs around 4125 lbs?

Check the towing capacity of your truck. Should be able to find the information on the sticker inside your door panel. Also remember, the trailer itself does add weight to the configuration. Also, are you setup to add a braking system. When I tow I find its not so much the pulling but the stopping.

Check this link. You have to look up your truck. 2WD/4WD, reg. cab, ext cab, crew cab, etc. Everything makes a difference on tow rating. I don't think you'll have a problem guessing your trailer weighs about 2K plus the 4125 = 6125 lb. Trailer should be double axle with brakes on both axles. Minimum rating of 7K. Truck will need a trailer brake controller. Plus the usual tie downs.
