A quick question please that is a tad off topic:

What year is your Cub Cadet 70? Great little tractor! I had a 1965 CC 70 that I used for roughly 30 years before I got my B7610.

Hello, My CC is a 1965 as well. I actually acquired it from family and plan on restoring. Just make it look nice and new. Amazing how well built they were.

Yeah! Nice looking 70. I too got mine from family. (My dad) I don't have the headlights on mine. I see you have the rear fenders too. I understand that they are hard to come by. I have them on mine and once had a guy offer me a good bit of money just for the fenders. I declined. Do you have a creeper gear installed? My dad put creeper on the one I have. Not sure when. I was just a kid. I'm guessing it was in the 1969-1971 time frame. Basically it's a super low range. Lots of torque and little speed. Also, mine is not a true 70 anymore. My dad swapped out the 7HP Kohler for an OEM 10HP Kohler. So it's really a Cub Cadet 100 now. Still has the 70 stickers on it. I'd like to do a restore as well and when I do I'll likely rebadge it as a 100. Thanks for the pic!

Yeah i looked into making it a 10hp, but way too expensive. So i plan on just using this for pulling the trailer around or whatever. Everythinbg on the tractor is factory. not much use. a lot of sitting. Runs good though....
