No, don't have a blue book. I was just starting to frequent Central Tractor and Quality Farm n Home, before they closed. Never had one of their Q cards. Can you request a Blue Book on their website?

John, was this the "Grand Opening" as you predicted - 10% off all purchases, or was it just the grand opening of the Amsterdam TSC? It looks like a rush on the 5' box blades next Monday in Cortland and I wondered if you knew if the Grand Opening was worth waiting for.

I have yet to visit the local TSC.../w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif So, I really don't know what specials, if any are being offered...

I guess from not having anything to having something is "special" in it's own right...? /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif

But, from a business standpoint... as soon as TSC has enough "new" storefronts up and running... then we should see a "Super Nationwide Grand Opening and Re-openings" of all the TSC's... but hey... I don't run the company... I'm just looking in a common sense business crystal ball... /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

John, I hear you. I don't think I'm going to hold off. I need that box scraper and JohnS says he's going to get to the store an hour before me. I don't think so! /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

I frequented CT for years for hardware and parts for my 2N Ford. Just about the time I got my new JD 4100, they closed the doors. I've priced box blades at different dealers, and from what I read on TBN, the KK is a good product and value priced at TSC. So this is what I've been waiting for!

Just judging by how many of us TBN'ers are chompin' at the bit to get into the new TSC's, I think we will have pretty long lines!/w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif I know I can't wait for the grand opening sales (assuming that they have them!)!

I thought I read somewhere that there is a 10% off your first purchase, for signing up for a TSC credit card. If true, I don't have much use for another credit card, but do for that 10% off. /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

Actually will be happy to get the KK rotary cutter and boxblade at their standard discount. 10% off would take care of NYS tax, which would be a bonus. The last time I waited for the big sale (QFF closing), everything was gone in a flash. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

The implements I saw at Cortland were all new. No faded paint and rust from sitting through the winter.
