What I really hear... is many members have "emailed" TSC and have never received any reply... (including yours truly) /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif

Yep, John! In all seriousness, I have e-mailed them several times, and never received a response. I think that stinks. Like you, at least a form letter e-mail would be something, to ignore all of us is just really bad business. Can you say QFF?/w3tcompact/icons/mad.gif

But if they have a great grand opening sale, I MIGHT forgive them./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Hmmm. This says May 11th, while Cortland said opening the 13th. Better take a long route home tonight to see what is happening at the Vestal store. Too bad they don't use their website more effectively to keep us all upto date.

Well, couldn't wait till after work, so went during lunch. The Vestal store is already open for business! Picked-up a Blue Book and looked around. Overall, it looks like the QFF, with items in different isles. The biggest disappointment was the price on the KK 5' rotary cutter of $595. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif I believe QFF's price was $495. Was expecting it to be around $550. Oh, well. The 5' boxblade was $319, which is right around the old QFF price.

They do have a 10% off for first purchase using a TSC credit card. Can also get 6 months 0 interest. I confirmed with the service desk that the 10% applied to implements and any quantity. So signed up. Probably make the purchase this Saturday. Asked about a Grand Opening sale, and they said coming in June.

PS: Sign says they are closed on Sundays. Also believe I saw the open hours as 8AM-5PM.

John, we came very close to driving down to Vestal ourselves today, but decided not to. Glad you got your equipment OK. So that's one more box blade in Cortland for me next Monday. I'll let you know how I make out.
