Question about some implements...

Went to look at some implements today and was wondering if any one here had any opinions on them. One was a older bush hog disc harrow that didnt look like any I have seen before with how the frame was made. It is made of square tubing but the front set frame is connected to the rear set frame by a bolted connection. The gangs can be adjusted front and back. The other was an older tiller that the label said was a Ferguson Rotovator it had what looked like a clutch of some kind on the shaft going from the gearbox to the side driveline and had a wheel on each side to adjust depth. Anybody have any opinions or advice on these two implements i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
