I just purchased a FEL for my 1720 this spring that set me back over $3K...
Your tiller and bush hog I would value at around $1500...
Looks like you got around $7500 to $8K in the tractor and FEL...
That's a very good deal...

I paid $7k to boot on my 1720 with 245 one owner hours and a Woods 5' box blade...
The YM1700 Yanmar I traded in on was worth around $2K so I had $9K in just the tractor and box blade...
Purchasing that equipment new is gonna be in the $18K range...
