Quick-Attach adapter for 3 PH

Is there such a thing as an adapter plate that lets you put, for example, a skid steer snowblade on the 3 PH of a tractor?

Yes, I believe that ATI Corporation, a TBN advertiser, does.

Let me say this, if you are planning to use a snow blade on the rear you may not get enough down-force from the three-point. Since a three-point does not have down-force, just gravity, you may have difficulty keeping your plow from "riding up" over the snow on the ground.
