One word of caution, put the quick hitch as far back into the bucket as you can, the farther out you put it, the harder it will be on your tilt cylinders.

Guys who have been testing the Front Attach for us have loved it, reaching into a barn to pull out manure, being able to push snow farther back off the road without getting the front tires off solid ground. They will be available in the near future, I'm not sure if TSC has commited to stocking them in stores or not, but they will definitely be able to order them (actually, they can now, just might be a delay as they aren't in stock here yet).

Inventor brought it to us. Yes, he is getting royalties and we are working with him on other projects too.

Really? Wow. I kinda figured it was from the similar posts on TBN over the past few years. Perhaps a little different in the design, but the same general concept. Additionally, I've seen a commercial product that does pretty much the same thing. Again, a slightly different design.

BTW, the SpeeCo Quick Hitch Adaptor looks pretty interesting. Now, if only Coastal Farm would carry that and adapter bushings. -

If I set it to the rear of my bucket will i have any problem angling my blade ,without hitting the side of my bucket.Just thinking out loud.

I wish I had a quick attach system on my loaders as the speedco hitch would be slick for putting 3pt equipment away. I can store some of my implements on the loft to take up less floor space. Oh well, my next loader tractor will have the quick hitch.

Heres a pic of the hitch in my bucket.Also a pic of how i can utilize my current bucket hook and use a chain to hook the top.Icant see any reason for an adjustable top link ,i can simply tilt my bucket to the desired angle i need.Iam going to use the same two holes i have for mt toothbar and weld some steel to the btm of the quick hitch so i can use these same holes.Ill use a couple hitch pins in there.SO to install 2 hitch pins and a short chain for the top.couple minutes in or out.ILLpost pics when i get it done.

Alan, if you Bolt some angle at the holes where your toothbar mounts, then you have a place to fasten a peice of tubing or channel. have the tubing or channel run behind your QH. Then weld on some stub flanges with holes drilled so that the bottom holes of the QH mount up, just like they would on a 3 pt hitch.


I think you are close to having something workable. PM me if you need a rough sketch.

Only thing to watch for using the float, you will lighten up your front end. the float has enough pressure to do that. My suggestion to counter that, is to mechanically float your toplink. Make it so the toplink has some play or slop in it, even a short section of chain. So that when you drop the blade to the surface, you allow it to move slightly, like the slack in a Rotary Cutters toplink.

The front blade I adapted to my BX has a mechanical float and it works great, and best of all, it's very simple.

I know, I know, you're in not in sales.

They may not carry them, but if you bug the manager (NOT the workers, get to the manager) they can decide what to stock over and above what is "standard".

The Adaptor works pretty well if the only thing keeping your implement from working with a quick hitch is the top link mount is buried. Doesn't work for all implements, but it works for enough to justify us making it. TSC is supposedly going to be stocking them, but haven't heard we got the order yet. We use one on the TC30 and back blade we use to clear snow here at the plant.

Oh, and we didn't get the idea here for the Front Mount, but I used some of the posts here to help Marketing see the wisdom in going ahead with the project.
