quick hitch pin adapters were to buy?

Looks like Ag Supply's $11.00 Cat 1 - 3 Quick Hitch Adapter Kit is the way to go for the lower link (lift arm) bushings. But where does one get the Cat 1 to Cat 3 bushing for the toplink? It is my understanding the ID has to be 3/4" and the O.D. 1-1/4". I haven' t yet found a source for these. Ag Supply has Cat 2 to Cat 1 and Cat 3 to Cat 2, but not Cat 3 to Cat 1 (at least I couldn't find it using their search).
