To increase cylinder speed you either require more flow ( larger pump) or smaller diameter cylinders which will lower lift capacity at same pressure. Or run current tractor at higher RPM if currently running at less than full throttle.
Example; if currently running at 1750 RPM which produces 7 GPM and engine is rated for 2600 RPM pump would produce approximately 11 GPM or 50% increase in flow - operating speed. Easiest and least expensive solution and I don’t get in trouble with your wife 😁

Typically not easy to upsize pumps on tractors but it maybe possible. You have to consider mounting pattern, input torque capability of drive gears, pump inlet line sizes, pressure line sizes, etc.

Dual function operation may be a little easier at higher flow or you may have to look at complete new valve. Husco used to make a valve 9210 (if remember correctly) that series parallel design. The lift spool return flow was used to supply the curl dump circuit so it was very easy to raise and dump simultaneously. Husco discontinued this valve several years ago but they may have a replacement option or other companies may have a replacement.

@oldnslo thanks for outlining options. 1750rpms already sounds pretty wound out, I think 2600 would make my skin crawl...but I'll give it a shot. Will talk to dealer about other pump and valve options, but I doubt much success will be had. I really appreciate everyone's assistance and guidance on this. It has been an enjoyable learning experience. Best, James

I once had an M8950--89HP--that I bought with a loader. Rather than running off the tractor hydraulics it had a front mounted pump bolted to the weight bracket (bumper) and was driven off the front of the crankshaft. Apparently it was a Kubota option offered to speed up loader times.

Maybe front pto is an option?
