Does anyone have or has owned one with the side shift backhoe attachment? Did a search but really didn't seem to see to much on the subject. I was wondering how fast it is to disconnect the backhoe, or is it even possible to do so? Looking at one as a replacement for my Bobcat 751.

I have a 520 with a hoe and have never removed it but I did install it. The top of the hoe rests in a cradle where the counter weight would sit and the bottom is pinned on. To remove it I think you just need to remove the pins, put down the stabilizers, extend the hoe out behind the machine, lift with the stabilizers, disconnect the hyd quick couplers and drive away. Hope this helps.

Tags you did well! They are not a common machine at all but we have sold them. The people who have them enjoyed the slider hoe for working close to houses.
