R14 ag tires

anyone have any thoughts pro/con on this tire type? interesting looking tread. I have used R4 industrial tires on my previous tractors. Thinking this might be a viable option.

They look good, what's the cost? If I needed tires I would consider them ....

not sure yet. local Kubota dealer told me about these. they are pricing an M4 and will advise the tire price. I will post when I hear from them. Since I do mainly hay & loader, these look like they would be pretty easy on the field while not giving up much traction.

Good, some people carve sipes in the r4 tires to get better traction in the snow.

I'm a bit intrigued by them as well.

Buying a new tractor would be the most practical time to try them. Hard to justify buying 4 tires for a tractor just to change tread patterns.

R4s need SOMETHING to give them more side bite. Maybe this is it.

R4s also tend to fill up with mud (like R3s do) and then won't grip even going uphill.
