Rachael has been replaced by ANN scam.

As many of you probably know or have had calls from someone who claims to be Rachael,:laughing:she is now replaced with some who will great you with""Hello This is ANN with card holders services. first nothing wrong with you card, but we can lower your interest""
You can see many searches with this scam on google.. And If you choose to talk to someone on the line and politely ask them to remove you from their internal call list they get rude and hang up on you. Also when I try to re -call the number it says not a working number. Also. I'm unable to block it as it not a true number :confused2::confused2:
I so hate these calls and they are just recordings..

I also went along with one call and they ask for your number and expiration date etc:thumbsup: YEA RIGHT.
But just be aware about these calls..

Doesn't help to block the number anyway. A PBX can be programmed to display ANY number for it's outbound caller ID, and can be changed easily.

Oh wow. My wife seemed to be happy with my Rachael girlfriend . (always answering it and saying your girlfiend is on the line)

I just got one of those calls today from 401-384-0746, and according to google, so did a lot of people.

I was getting these calls too. My initial reaction was to hang up but after the umpteenth call I decided to wait to talk with someone and when they got on the line I asked them to put me on their do not call list. (I'm already registered on the federal do not call list so I'm not sure why they were calling). The guy made some obnoxious comment and hung up on me. Now that I'm reading this, I'm reminded it must be almost a year since I've gotten a call from them. Maybe it's just as luck would have it though.

Hmm? Been getting those kind of calls for a while. I use my caller ID. They always have some abbreviated number or name. I do not answer those calls.
Last week I wanted to make a reservation at a resort. They called back three times with those kind of abbreviated ID's They finally called back on a number with an ID with the resorts name for a ID. I explained why I did not answer the first calls. They are going to look into changing their ID on other numbers.
