I asked this question previously but I got no response so I am asking again here. I am about to take possession of a new 2038r and I noticed under the hood that there is no filter screen in front of the radiator. It does have the front grille of course, but my 2305 has an additional removable screen right in front of the radiator and it collects tons of dust and debris that would otherwise end up in the radiator when I bush hog. Is it normal for a tractor with a larger frame to not need the additional screen? I commonly mow 5-7 foot tall weeds that shower down seeds and chaffe. Certainly a smaller frame tractor is going to be more susceptible to that dust, but does the larger frame tractor rise above this dust? And if it does not rise above the dust then what prevents the radiator from clogging with dust when bush hogging?
I appreciate your input as I plan to keep this tractor for a very long time and I plan to take good care of it.
Thank you very much in advance,
SI2305
