You are correct, two of the radiators are oil coolers. For reference, I live in Southern Illinois. I don't think this is a European issue.
There are three radiators... engine coolant, oil cooler and fuel cooler.

The current 2038r is a brand new tractor. It was re-designed from the ground up and is very different from previous versions. That could also explain why the parts catalog is not yet complete. It's technically a larger frame tractor than it used to be, based on the 3e chassis but with 2r series features. I bet as some time goes by the p/c will get updated, but wouldn't imagine that it would be terribly difficult to design something.
Thanks for correcting me re: the radiators & their exact purpose. I did not realize one was a fuel cooler but I will take your word for that.
Why does the fuel need to be cooled? Does it get warmed somehow?
My 2014 2032R has screen, collects a lot of debris during use
JD eliminated the radiator screens on the Gen-2 2-series.
