The last time we grew tomatoes, we froze them solid on cookie sheets and then vacuum sealed them. For cooking and use in stews and spaghetti sauce they were still flavorful and beautifully red. Lasted 10 years!Store bought tomatoes are just as disappointing in FL. too!
"Campari" greenhouse grown (Canada) seem to be the best greenhouse type on the market.
They are about 2 or 3 times size of traditional cherry variety.
