I have a Rayco C87L with steel tracks from the factory. I am wondering if I can do a straight swap from steel tracks to rubber tracks. If the company makes the rubber track to the same specifications as the steel. It should work right? I called Rayco and the guy asked If I could swap my steel for rubber and the question from Rayco was how much are the new tracks? They are 1500 for the pair and the guy tells me I dont think they will fit. So I am guessing he is trying to get me to by the Rayco steel tracks at 1500 per track. I have called a few other vendors to see if I can do the swap but they have no idea also. I was told that I might have to change out the under carriage and sprocket at a minimum to accommodate the rubber tracks. Any input would help.
