Snow Ready for Snow?

( How does the belt run for your blowers? Being a Cub with a horizontal shaft engine, it must look odd with the verticle pulleys on the Cub. Does the belt take a radical turn forward to spin the blower?

I wish I did not buy a walk behind last year. I did not expect my old Husqvarna would die on me this year and present me with this opportunity to buy the Cub. I would love to have a blower for my Cub but just can't justify the cost after buying the walk behind last year. )

where'd ya get the tire chains? I need some of those yet.....but the blower is hooked up and ready for snow! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I got the chains at the dealer or you could probably get from Home Depot, or where ever they sell lawn or garden tractors. Not sure how much they go for. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

My wife bought me one of these cold weather hats 2 years ago. It's the "bomb" when snow blowing.

The diagram shows two belts but its only one - which one is decided by what engine is used in the 2000 series machine (single or twin)

Now that's neat! If you had a cigarette lighter type plug-in, you could install a small heater! Is that a Cub product?

Reminds me of my youth in Michigan. Dad didn't get a cab until after I left home.

The heater I'm finding that plug in and run on 12Vdc draw too many amps to work -some as high as 20 amps (more than the machines ability)
