Real or Scam... Economic Impact Payment Card?

One of the tenants where I manage called me this morning saying they just received a tax bill bill there was no withholding on unemployment received...

They spent all the money and now wondering just where they will come up with the taxes due...

They cant be the only ones as many were on unemployment in 2020...

My simple mind tells me all this money has to inflate prices...

The Real Estate Markets setting new highs all the time...

8 years ago for the same money I could buy 3 nice family homes and in 2020 the same money would come up a little short to buy just one..

Pretty dramatic and now with the buying frenzy during a pandemic seems counter intuitive unless there is widespread belief inflation is coming...

There may be quite a **** storm coming; the past administration added almost 9 trillion to a deficit we couldn't afford from the administration before that, and the administration before that one. Spending money like a drunken sailor will have ramifications one day. And it may be soon.

Just remember how much of that was emergency spending because of a national/worldwide pandemic. Thats a once in 100 year event the others didnt have to budget for.

I heard that Wall Street has stolen 100 Trillion Dollars from the average person, pensions, retirement savings and other places in the last fifteen years. Partly by way of this Naked Short Selling. Hardly a one time financial catastrophy, IF TRUE.

Holy cow!

Well, the entire US GDP for a year is roughly $21 trillion. So that would be stealing the entire US economy for 5 years out of 15 years.

Sort of not believable. Even for Wall Street.
