I purchased a new B3200 (FEL,MMM), and it was delivered on Friday. The rear 3pt hitch hydraulics seem to have a problem. The "slow down" position does nothing.....the "down" position results in going down slow. The "slow up" position (which is supposed to result in going up in quarter inch intervals) results in going up fast. The "up" position results in going up even faster. Additionally, occasionally when i go to the "up" position I hear a whining sound. Also when the 3pt hitch is all the way up, it seems like the hydraulics are still trying to lift. Sounds to me like an adjustment to the hydraulics is in order. Has anyone encountered this problem, and know how to adjust, or is it something the dealer needs to deal with. Also I guess just for peace of mind, is this just a matter of an adjustment, or do I need to be concerned that I have a defective unit.

Sounds to me like the lever/linkage needs adjusting, a minor thing that should have been caught and corrected by the dealer before delivery.
