Here is a little extra information if you want more than one spool:

Once you start with the base valve and hose kit you add to it as follows:

For the second valve
BL7343 Two Spool Stacking kit $24.00
Then your choice of one of the following valve kits.
BL7373 Detent valve with couplers $216.00
or
BL7393 Float Detent valve with couplers $246.00

For three valves
BL7353 Three spool valve stacking kit $28.00
Then your choice of two of the following valve kits (two the same or one
each)
BL7373 Detent valve with couplers $216.00
or
BL7393 Float Detent valve with couplers $246.00

I have been doing a lot of research on hydraulics as I am putting rear remotes on my B2710. I have a friend who owns a hydraulic equipment repair shop that is helping me to insure I get everything correct.

For the BX, which has a flow of 3.7 gpm, you could get a Eaton-Cessna 3 spool valve with 5 gpm flow from the Surplus Center catalog with a power beyond sleeve for about $250. This valve has a foot print that is just under 7x7 inches and most importantly, comes with a relief valve. All you would need is fittings and hoses.

This is a whole lot cheaper that the stackable Kubota spools.

Have you or anyone else purchased this set up from Kubota? I am in need of putting a 2 spool valve onto my BX22 and am thinking that this would be nice, because it is a custom fit application. I am not inclined to reinventing the wheel or possibly making a mistake by getting the wrong parts. I am just looking for guidance and reassurance that this will do what I want. I am thinking of adding a hydraulic cylinder to my landscape rake and installing a hydraulic top link. Has anyone purchased the unit by Midwest for the BX????

I'd second that request, and add that some better pictures/different views of the valve arrangement would be good. From the looks of the tiny picture in tomnky's post, it appears that the valve mounts to the back of the ROPS, making me wonder where's the handle & how do I get at it while in the driver's seat.
