Rear Remotes - Planning stages, need advice

Wow! what a great resource. I owe you big time! Do you hunt or fish? PM me at dirtpiranha@gmail.com

Oh no! I found a problem with reading those on line .pdfs. You advised to look for "Pipe #10" and "Pipe #60" on the pdfs on the Kubota site. However they use the same numbers (recycled) on most pages so those numbers mean A different part on different pages. I need the page identifier in order to make sense of the numbers. As an example I attached a file that is a snap shot of the image numbers list. I need the "HXXXXX" number that is at the top of the page. Example: H21002 HYDRAULIC OIL LINE (DELIVERY).

Hey JJ

Thanks for the info! Should I expect that you don't fish too?

Another couple of questions.

(1) I assume I will be buying a Prince SV valve block with 4 levers to operate the rear remotes. Or a joy stick. On the Surplus Supply site they have a pulldown menu for how to characterize each SV valve body in the bank. I do not understand the definitions in the pull down menu. I realize one of the four should be a detent if I use a logsplitter, but the others for top link and tilt need to be another series and do I need to specify a float function as well? I also plan to have a down pressure/lift ram for the post hole auger. Would the tilt ram serve double duty here or do I need a second ram? How would you configure a 4 bank valve body?

(2) In an earlier discussion of the diverter/solenoid valve you wrote I need a valve in series with the diverter. Does it goe before the divertor or after? Where in that series do I install a needle valve to allow feathering? What valve would you recommend for this diverter circuit?

Thank you
