I like using a plastic spudger and a BIC pen cap on those type of fasteners. Sounds redneck, but works every time AND it doesn't mar anything.

Got it. Harness was above headliner. Removed 6 of the rivets and pulled the harness down. Reattached the rivets, plugged in the harness to the switch, pushed switch into bracket, and lights are on.

Thank you all very much. These lights will be such a help this winter. I have a blade on both back and front. Going backwards was always a challenge at night.

If you need to get replacements check an auto parts store. They have a pretty good variety of those type of fasteners.

I looked at a handful of auto parts stores & none had ones that matched close at all. Had to get them from my Kubita dealer. Broke a few force prying them out before I figured out how easy they were to operate if you know how.
