I’ve had Walls insulated coveralls and they are warm, but a little bit confining. I like the insulated Carhartt or Ridgeline (TSC brand) overalls and and insulated hooded jacket.

Not coveralls, but I have also been wearing the heck out of the “weatherproof” fleece lined pants from Costco for about 5 years. They are warm in windy weather and very tough. Great choice when something a step back from coveralls are needed.
I farm & do woods work in them and they hold up extremely well. They go on sale for like 19.99
I’ll get about 3 years out of a pair before they get holes in them, but I am really hard on them.
I hear you on the cold—it’s brutal when you’re working outside. I’ve had good luck with Carhartt and Duluth Trading for insulated coveralls. Carhartt’s been my go-to for years; they’ve got some solid options with insulation that really hold up in the cold. I usually shop online because the local stores don’t always have what I need, especially for the one-piece style. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already!
I go ice fishing as often as I can. I have a pair of Carhart coveralls. Works great. As others have mentioned, fleece lined jeans are great! I highly recommend them! Have several pairs.
I wear a heavy ice fishing jacket over my coveralls. It has a removable liner as well, so really I have a jacket, liner, coveralls, sweatshirt or t-shirt, and long underwear that wicks any sweat away.
Here's a tip for those that have problems with the zippers on your winter clothes, like the full-length leg zippers on the Carharts....
Zipper wax!
While you can buy zipper wax, I just use an old candle. Rub it on the zipper a few times and cycle the zipper a few times. You'll immediately feel the difference.
I do this at the start of the season and it lasts all winter, unless the item would get washed. Then just re-apply.
I should note that if I'm not ice fishing, I wear a Carhart jacket over my Carhart coveralls if it's really cold out. I have one that's two sizes too large and long length, and it fits right over the coveralls so I'm not bound or constrained at all.
Then there is the exotic. Waterproof - polar tech lined - electrically heated. Pants - hooded jacket - gloves. Sold by Aero Stich. Made for use where you aren't doing heavy activity. Riding motorcycle - ice fishing - hunting out of a blind - etc..
A couple time I was in a situation where these would have been nice. Riding my motorcycle. However - I was infinitely more concerned that the rain was turning to ice on the highway.
