I still have 5 or so trailers and the 2 that stand out are the Load trail I just picked up and the Bri mar. I have 2 legend trailers that are good the bad thing is dealing with Beck's in Michigan, never again. CJ

Thanks for everyone's recommendations. CJONE, I hadn't heard of Load Trail before but looked them up and found a local dealer with one in stock that fit my needs. I went by and checked it out and was liked what I saw. It appeared to me to be a very solid trailer. I bought a 7 ton 22 footer, which should fit by Kubota L4740 with backhoe and FEL just fine.

For what it's worth, I went by and talked to a local Kubota dealer and the person I've worked with there told me that I pretty much needed a 22 foot trailer. He also said he'd had really good experience personally with Kaufman trailers, and thought they were top notch. I called Kaufman to get a quote and they were comparable to Load Trails, and since I had one nearby that was available I went with the Load Trail.

The more I use mine the more I like it. It is a 22' 14k with the equipment dove and I have been pulling it with my f-150 alot. It actually pulls better that my 18' even thoe it is twice as heavy. I am very pickey and being a fabricator/welder I can usually see stuff real quick that I don't like and so far no issues with this trailer and I have been all over it. The only thing I have done was tighten the u-bolts on the axles and anti seize/torque the wheel lugs. 1st trailer I have bought where the brakes were adjusted correctly, got to love the Dexter axles. For what it's worth we go through 4-5 trailers a month and no issues with the Load trail units, they all have been good. CJ
