Reconditioned tractors

How are they still selling them? just cause they took yanmar off the tractor? THeres a lawsuit to stop this i thought, always a way around i guess?

Does anybody know where the pto safety shield and the drawbar with the stabilizer chain links on it came from?

I think the drawbar is the same as this one in an earlier thread. Still don't know where to get one though.
